Order Status
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the important details, including your order number and a summary of your purchase.
Once your items are ready to go, weβll pass them to our trusted delivery partner, and youβll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your order. You can also track your package on our website at azhaperfumes.com/track-order.
Please bear in mind that order status updates may take up to 24 hours. If you've placed an order over the weekend or during public holidays, there might be a slight delay. But rest assured, we're on it!
Delivery Times

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
For our GCC customers, we offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD). A small handling fee will apply:

- Saudi Arabia: 10 SAR
- Oman: 1 OMR
- Bahrain: 1 BHD
- Kuwait: 1 KWD
- Qatar: 15 QAR
Customs and Import Duties
